I believe that the proposed rules place an unusual and extreme burden on individual business people like my self who do not have employees or support systems to accomplish what will be required. If this had been in place 4 u years ago as I was seeking income to supplement my social securiy check, I would not have entered the direct selling field. Many people who I speak with know that they can research these issues regarding law suits,company/product reliability and income potential themselves via the internet and most serious prospescts do this as part of their search. I know that I did. Please, go back to the drawing board to find a better way to protect consumers without placing an unfair burden on small, independent business people. Thank You, Tom Fuld
