Should this be enacted it would create an undue burden on distributors and mounds of paper work which would take away from one trying to build a business. Spending time on paper work never put a nickel in my pocket and being a recent divorcee after 42 years of marriage, I need all my time to do everything required in running a house, keeping up the yard work and running a business and doing paper work doesn't pay at all, so I trust you think of us older generation trying to support ourselves and don't pass this rule.
