"Government is not the solution to our problems. Government IS the problem" - Ronald Reagan at his first Presidential Inauguration! This applies to the FTC issuing blanket rulings to try to impede free enterprise. The solution to enforcing ethics does not lie in more legislation which will only affect honest biz and let criminals continue to practice as they wish (which is always the outcome of any such legislation) But in making individuals more ethical and moral on a grassroots one at a time sort of level. I do have solutions for that. They have reduced crime in Hollywood by 38%! Am happy to provide more info. Thanks for the opportunity to speak freely Garko
