To whom it may concern, I am opposed to the implementation of the FTC Business Opportunity Rule. If this goes into effect I will be back on the welfare roles and unable to support myself. For myself and my child alone it will cost the government thousands of dollars to support me. This rule will cripple the economy and cost the government huge amounts of money in social service expenditures for out of work citizens.
