Comments:
I oppose recommended provisions in the new Business Opportunity Rule, which, for example, will create a seven day waiting period and requires you to close a sale twice, once when you get a signature and then when you sign them up again 7-days later. This will be an excessive burden, affecting not only face-to-face businesss, but business conducted over the Internet. I have attached a letter fully outlining my opposition point by point.
