<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>The postal service has always been for the people of the United States. It was created for us and to subject it to laws that could ultimatly cripple it would be a shot at the american people. I am a concerned, voter registered citizen and would be whole-heartedly against anything that would privatize this great institution. Almost to the person do we feel that the USPS maintains security and privacy for the American people. If ever it was to be privatized it would have devastating negative results for many!!!!!</body></html>
