Have some integrity! Have some guts! Apply the law! Credit limit is one of the most significant factors of a consumer's credit rating. How can you possibly consider it not a part of "complete" data ?- which is REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED. In fact, nearly all consumers with Capital One cards have a lower score than identically situated consumers with other credit cards. This creates distorted, non-uniform and unfair and inaccurate reporting by the CRAs.
