Comments:
I just closed my account with Capital One. I am outraged that they refuse to report my credit limit to the reporting agencies, thus giving an unfair picture of the way I use my credit. The friendly representative I spoke to admitted they do not report my credit limit, but was amazed to know that this could negatively affect my credit score. Capital One is not only doing its customers a disservice by refusing to report credit limits, it is actively harming their credit scores and thus hurting their chance to find credit at other agencies. Capital One isn't playing fair and is hurting their customers in the process.
