This fee increase is absolutely ridiculous and not at all in line with the true cost of service. The teleservices industry has bent over backwards to comply fully with all the costs associated with the misguided guidelines that were politically motivated in the first place. Raising these costs again is unjust for an industry that provides jobs to hundreds of thousands of Americans who otherwise would be costing taxpayers millions in unemployment and other social services benefits. Think again before you tax this industry further.
