Although my first instanct is to Support the raising of the fee to access these records I must admit I realized these records should not be accessible at all by any businesses. Please acknowledge my support for this type of change as I am comfortable with it in the current day but dualy understand my advocacy for further restrictions against most busineses accessing these records at all. The protective keeping of these records should be used only by the entitiy responsible for keeping them (currently the Government, right?) and our tax dollars should maintain the upkeep and advancements.
