Ladies and Gentlemen, Getting email permission from parents of young children to permit collection of personal information is not sufficient. How can anyone know that the email is actually from the parent? I have had my children, younger than 13 at the time, send email as if they were me. Actually, I think marketers should be forbidden from collecting any kind of online personal information from children. Sincerely, Alta L. Price, MD
