FTC: Made In The USA Comments Concerning Muriel A Murphy--P894219

There was an article in our local paper that you are planning to change what the labels on merchandise are going to read. That we won't know where it is made or assembled. This is so wrong. It is not fair. We try to teach our children to be honest, and our own government is getting so dishonest, that it is pathetic. I want to know where what I buy is made. I do not buy from China because of the way she treats people. Why our president ever made free trade with them, is something I can not fathom. There must be something there that we do not see. And some of the other countries are almost as bad.

The only thing about having our good manufactured over seas is the manufacturers make more money. Their products are not any less expensive. Do the right thing and be honest in the labels at least.

Thank you,

Muriel A Murphy
