Dear Secretary,

Americans depend on the Federal Trade Commission for their honesty in labeling. "Made In U.S.A." labeling at any percentage below the current policy of 98%-100%, would be deceptive.

To protect the interests of the consumer, the labeling should remain as it has stood for decades.
