FTC: Made In The USA Comments Concerning Debbie Magos--P894219

Secretary Donald Clark
Federal Trade Commission
6th and Pennsylvania Ave., N. W.
Room 172
Washington, D. C. 10580

Dear Sir:

The undersigned persons are very concerned about the draft proposal put out by the FTC that states products which are "substantially" made here would be able to sport the Made in the U.S.A. label. We believe that a label stating Made in the U.S.A. should only appear on items that were 100% assembled in the U.S.A. of 100% American parts. Do not let big business use non union workers from places such as Dakarta, Bangkok or Mexico to make products and then ship then back to the U.S.A. and affix a Made in the U.S.A. label on it. This is a misrepresentation to the American public who deserves to know the truth when buying products. Thank you.
