Dear Mr. Clark,

I have become aware that there is a draft proposal put out by the FTC that will, in essence, adulterate the "Made in USA” label.

This label should ONLY mean that ALL parts were MADE and ASSEMBLED in the United States......NOT that some of the materials may be from the USA or some of a product assembled here. Let's get real. It is sad enough that the American traditions have become watered down to obscurity... and that so much of America is owned by foreign companies..... and that so many jobs have been taken from American's by overseas workers. A friend of mine just came back from Washington, DC with some souvenirs from the capital of our country. And do you know where these souvenirs came from? China! We should all be ashamed!

Let's not make this situation any worse. If I look for a "Made in USA", I want to know that that is exactly where it was made and who made it.

We are selling our souls to the Devil.

Sincerely,

Gail M. Yougen-VanNatta
