There can be no moral argument for making the proposed changes. Either the product is “Made in USA” or it is not.

I manager three retail stores for Pendleton Woolen Mills in Portland, Oregon and I can tell you first hand that consumers make decisions based on the “Made in USA” label. Consumers trust the label. We should not misrepresent this information. Its real simple, stick with the truth and either way let the cards fall where they may.
