     Dear Secretary Clark,

     It is my understanding that the Federal Trade Commission will be conducting a
comprehensive review of "Made in the USA" advertising representations, and your office is
currently considering comments from all those who may be affected by this.  Please find enclosed
copies of letters that have been written to me by constituents of my home state of West Virginia
concerning possible changes in "Made in the USA" labeling.  I hope that you will consider these
comments carefully as you address any changes in the "Made in the USA" label.
