The Federal Trade Commission will host a one-day public workshop on Thursday, April 26, 2012 to examine the use of mobile payments in the marketplace and how the emerging technology impacts consumers. The workshop will be from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, at the FTC Conference Center, 601 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. It is free and open to the public. The event will be webcast.
