Protecting America's ConsumersWithin sixty (60) days after entry of the Order, any consumer who paid to attend the Wall Street Workshop but who did not attend for whatever reason, and asked for a refund of the Wall Street Workshop tuition, shall receive a full refund from Wade Cook Financial Corporation.
Within sixty (60) days after entry of the Order, Wade Cook Financial Corporation shall begin mailing Proof of Claim forms to eligible consumers. Consumers will have ninety (90) days to return the Proof of Claim. Proof of Claim forms will be mailed by WCFC at the rate of 200 per business day for approximately one year. Only those consumers who paid to attend the Wall Street Workshop during calendar years 1997 through 1999, who did attend the Wall Street Workshop, who did not subsequently pay to attend any other Wade Cook Financial Corporation seminar, and who have not previously received a refund will receive a Proof of Claim. Consumers will receive a refund based on their responses to the questions in the Proof of Claim. The criteria for determining the qualifying responses to the Proof of Claim have been filed under seal to preserve the integrity of the redress program. The criteria will remain under seal until the redress program is completed.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE PROOF OF CLAIM FORM ATTACHMENT TO THE CONSENT DECREE ON THIS WEBSITE. IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REDRESS PROGRAM, YOU WILL RECEIVE A PROOF OF CLAIM IN THE MAIL. THE ONLY WAY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REDRESS IS TO FILL OUT AND RETURN THE FORM YOU RECEIVE IN THE MAIL.
