FTC, 33 State Attorneys General, Mylan Laboratories, Inc. and Other Defendants Request Suspension of Pretrial Proceedings
In light of a settlement offer made by the defendants, all parties are seeking suspension of pretrial proceedings in FTC v. Mylan Laboratories, Inc., et al, and in the states' lawsuits. Any final agreement must be approved by the Commission.
