The Federal Trade Commission today announced the following actions:

Consent agreements given final approval:

• Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following: MacDermid, Inc. and Polyfibron Technologies, Inc.

Release of Commission report:

• In accordance with 5 U.S.C. sec. 552(e), as amended by the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, the FTC has provided the U.S. Department of Justice with a statistical report on its compliance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) for fiscal year 1999, and placed this report on the public record. The reporting period for this annual report, which in the past was submitted to Congress, has been changed from the calendar year to the fiscal year.
