On May 24, 1996, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit remanded the case In re: Detroit Auto Dealers Ass’n, Inc., directing the Federal Trade Commission to hold a hearing.
Today, the Commission, by a 5-0 vote, remanded the case to the Administrative Law Judge for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of the Court of Appeals.
