Consumer Sentinel allows domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies access to consumer complaints through a restricted access, secure site. To access Consumer Sentinel you will need the following:

  • Windows 7/8.1/10
  • Internet Explorer 10, 11 and Edge (16 and higher)
  • Firefox 59 or above
  • Google Chrome 69 or above
  • Opera 53 or above
  • A valid e-mail address, phone number and agency approved static IP address
