Event Description

The FTC held the third in a series of three Roundtable Discussions on Protecting Consumers in Debt Collection Litigation and Arbitration. Previous Roundtables were held in Chicago and San Francisco. These events examine consumer protection issues in debt collection proceedings against consumers. In primary part, the Washington, DC event focused on issues relevant to litigation proceedings.

  1. August 5-6, 2009 -Northwestern University School of Law
  2. September 29-30, 2009 - San Francisco State University
  3. December 4, 2009 - FTC Conference Center
