ARE YOU A DISPLACED FEDERAL EMPLOYEE?If so, you may be entitled to receive special priority selection under the Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP). To receive this priority consideration you must: (1) be a displaced Federal employee; (2) submit a copy of the appropriate documentation, such as a RIF Separation Notice or a letter from OPM or your agency documenting your priority consideration with your application package; and (3) submit a copy of your current performance appraisal along with your ICTAP proof of eligibility.
INTERAGENCY CAREER TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ICTAP) APPLICANTS:Displaced employees must be rated well qualified against the rating factors in order to be considered for special priority selection for this position. To be rated well qualified, you must: (1) meet OPM qualifications standards for the position; (2) meet any selective placement factors identified in the vacancy announcement; (3) meet special qualifications conditions that OPM may have approved for the occupation or position; and (4) receive a score of 85 or above in the evaluation process.
