How FTC determines the best qualified candidates.

We base our decision on your application and responses to our questions using the category rating process.  Your application will be rated on the extent and quality of experience, education, and training relevant to the duties of the position.  Eligible applicants will be placed in one of two categories “Best Qualified” and “Qualified” based on their responses to the application questions for this position.  These responses must be substantiated by the submitted resume.  If your responses to the vacancy questions are not supported by your resume, your score may be adjusted.  Applicants who do not respond to the application questions WILL BE FOUND INELIGIBLE.
