Candidates must meet time-in-grade requirements within thirty (30) days of the closing date of this announcement.

Candidates will be required to complete a Declaration for Federal Employment before being hired in order to certify the accuracy of the written application and provide information necessary to determine suitability for Federal employment.

Completion of a probationary or trial period may be required, depending on the type of appointment.  During this time period, employee's conduct and performance will be monitored in order to determine if employee will be retained.

The individual selected for this position is required to complete personnel suitability documents; appointment is contingent upon successful completion of any necessary background check.

If the position is announced with promotion potential, the incumbent may be promoted without further competition upon meeting all legal regulatory requirements.  However, promotion is not guaranteed and no promise is implied.
