Paul Tomasofsky
Paul Tomasofsky is President of Two Sparrows Consulting, LLC. He is a well-known payment systems executive with 25 years experience in retail financial services. Two Sparrows Consulting specializes in all aspects of small-value payment systems. Since its formation in 2002, Two Sparrows Consulting has advised numerous industry leading firms including First Data, NACHA, PULSE, MoneyGram, The Port Authority of New York/New Jersey, VISA and MasterCard.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Tomasofsky was Vice President of Strategic Business Development for NYCE Corporation, Montvale, NJ. Earlier, he was Vice President of Advanced Products for NYCE. Mr. Tomasofsky serves on the Faculty and Board of Regents of NACHA’s “The Payment Institute” as well as the “Payments 2006” Planning Committee. He is a frequent speaker at industry gatherings. He has an M.B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland and a B.A. in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
