Dan Brenner
Dan Brenner is Senior Vice President for Law and Regulatory Policy at the National Cable and Telecommunications Association (NCTA) in Washington, DC. He has served in this position since 1992. He has also served as the Director of the Communications Law Program at UCLA Law School, and as Senior Legal Advisor to Chairman Mark Fowler of the Federal Communications Commission from 1981 to 1986.
Mr. Brenner is on the Board of Directors of Cable Positive, the AIDS awareness and support organization of the cable industry. He was a Senior Fellow at The Annenberg Washington Program, and served as Vice-Chairman of the U.S. Delegation to the ITU World Radio Conference held in Geneva, Switzerland. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Stanford University, having attended both Stanford University and Stanford Law School.
