Please address the negligent processes in place by the credit reporting agencies. These companies continue to put back fraudulent names and accounts that were removed previously. Once you have contacted all companies and been cleared of any wrongdoing this is still no assurance that your credit report will stay clean. After I have had accounts and names removed, they show back up. Experian, TransUnion and CSC show no judgment nor care of what they dump into my account. I don't see how these reports can carry any credibility. In fact, I feel victimized by these agencies and feel they are not only negligent but vindictive in their continued treatment of my report. I realize now that this will be a lifelong problem for me. THE CONSUMER HAS NO ADVOCATE NOR SUPPORT HERE.

In addition, I had finished investigations with two different mortgage companies, had been cleared and still received court summons for nonpayment. In another instance, American Express sent me a letter clearing my name and still has collection agencies harass me for the account.

I would like to take legal action against these reporting agencies and creditors for being negligent and for slander of my name. I do not know how to begin nor know a lawyer that would be interested in battling a case such as this. I am angry and frustrated by my helplessness. In fact, the FBI has identified the person who has committed the crime against me and as far as I know, has never taken any action. I was told by the FBI agent that this was "white-collar, nonviolent crime" and nothing would probably ever happen.
