Please note that the first attachment [PDF] to this e-mail, a slide deck called "GLB Privacy Notices: A New Concept", is missing page 13. The second attachment (PrivNot6) should be substituted for the missing page 13 of the slide deck. This page is our latest version of a prototype Privacy Notice, which Capital One plans to send to its customers in the year 2002.  We believe this Privacy Notice is a customer-friendly approach to the GLB Privacy Notice, and a concept that is informative and empowering, as described in our slide deck.
