Gentlemen, The genie is out of the bottle.  The funeral rule was written.   Prices went up. The funeral industry is not better it has gotten worse.  Regulation of this industry is a must especially now.  Please continue to make sure all funeral directors obey all the rules.  Deregulation of casket stores is needed despirately and the casket companies (manufacturers) need to sell to these people the same as the funeral homes.  Competition is a must in this industry as in all others.
