| From: Larry Butler kn4im@mindspring.com To: HQ.SAT4(ELECMEDIA) Date: 5/12/98 10:37pm Subject: 9805/interbus.htm How do you intend to enforce ANY kind of US Government decrees on an INTERNATIONAL forum, such as the internet, on "offenders" of FTC bureaucrats who happen to be OUT OF THE COUNTRY? Will we cut off foreign aid, military assistance and other US giveaway programs until they come into compliance? My feeling is we are wasting tax dollars in any kind of bureaucratic program such as this because it is unenforcable, as are about 70% of Federal edicts. This one is just worse than most.
