Dear Caroline,

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment on the technological developments for children’s privacy that are provided in our software program, CYBERsitter.

3.14 For almost 2 years, CYBERsitter has provided parents and other concerned individuals the capability of limiting the personal information that their children could transmit via the Internet by way of e-mail, chat rooms, newsgroups or forms. This is accomplished by simply typing any personal information, such as names, phone numbers, addresses, etc., into a custom field provided in the program.

3.15 Through it’s distribution partners, CYBERsitter has shipped to over a million individuals worldwide. Parents are generally very confident that identifiable information is not leaving their home.

3.19 Solid Oak Software, Inc. recently released Re:PLY, an E-Mail application that has a built- in updateable Spam filter. This Spam filter works similarly to the filter in CYBERsitter by blocking unsolicited mail from known spammers. Also, any e-mail address can be added to this filter by the parent that they do not want their children receiving mail from. Re:PLY is positioned to accept any rating system that might be implemented in the future to identify the type of mail being sent. This is envisioned to work similar to the Internet ratings.

If I can be of any further assistance, please give me a call directly at 805-681-7365 or 805-967- 9853 extension 55.

Sincerely,

Marc Kanter
VP Sales & Marketing
