Assisted in the development of the curriculum for the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development and the Department of Farm and Agribusiness Management. Studied the financial system of Albania and reported to the Albanian Business Center regarding the development of a private banking system in Albania. Only American faculty member with 10 Virginia Tech students in St. Petersburg, Moscow, and Ulyanovsk Russia for a period of over four weeks.
