Hi. This is Bob Gagliati with GNC franchise in Palm Coast, Florida. One of my main concerns is that the franchisor forces us to buy product that they manufacture -- that is poorly manufactured and poorly formulated, along with other materials. I also am very concerned with encroachment. They can put stores anywhere at any time without any warning. We would like to have some of these issues amended. There are countless others, but within 2 minutes, I just don't think we can reach them all.
