FILING A COMMENT

The Commission invites interested persons to submit written comments on its proposed revisions to the Green Guides. Comments must be received by December 10, 2010.

Comments should be captioned "Proposed, Revised Green Guides, 16 CFR Part 260, Project No. P954501." Because postal mail addressed to the FTC is subject to delay due to heightened security screening, if possible, please submit your comments electronically or send them by courier or overnight service.
